In Dana Caspersen and William Forsythe’s “Knotunknot,” visitors are invited into a social choreography that is realized in two distinct and simultaneous parts. In one section, visitors collectively assemble and disassemble a knotted object, which is mutable and dependent on the strengths and intentions of its makers.
